Brook Taverner Return Policy?
At Brook Taverner, the return policy is quite straightforward. If not satisfied with the goods, they can be returned within 3 months of purchase unworn for either an exchange or a refund. This applies to any item from the order for a different size or colour. However, items damaged through wear cannot be returned.
The return can be organised via a Yodel store drop off or a DHL home collection. For a DHL home collection, the customer service team can be contacted. Please note that DHL cannot currently give a specific time for collection, only a date.
Alternatively, the return or exchange can be organised through one of the Brook Taverner stores. All paperwork and the item to be returned should be taken to the store.
Any gifts received with the original purchase must also be returned unmarked and undamaged for a full refund. Please note that this returns policy only applies to the UK.
